Ayurveda & Aromatherapy
The use of aromatic plants and essential oils is a branch of Ayurvedic and Tibetan medicines. This workshop presents the use of essential oils according to Ayurvedic principles. This class presents the most important essential oils used currently in aromatherapy, categorized according to doshas (constitutional types), subdoshas (physiological functions of the doshas), the five elements, prana (life force), and ojas (nutritional essence).
Sacred Scents and Fragrance & Consciousness
The Sunday event will have two topics: the use of essential oils for increasing concentration, relaxation and deepening meditation; and meditations assisted with sacred oils and aromatic herbs.
